All brand-new parts are guaranteed for one year, and the warranty period is one year from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated in the remarks in the contract. So if you have any problems within 12 months from the date of delivery then please contact our Customer Relationship Team who will be happy to help and explain what you need to do next.

For parts that have been discontinued, you have purchased refurbished or used parts. We offer a limited warranty policy. Please contact your sales manager.

Unless stated otherwise all products supplied by us are guaranteed to be in working condition and are covered by our 12-month return to base warranty.
